Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period and will not be renewed. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within an active billing period unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests will be considered under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 14 days of the initial payment for a new subscription.
  • You have not exceeded reasonable usage of the software during this period (e.g., active production use, significant data entry, or bulk exports).
  • The refund request is accompanied by a clear explanation of the issue or reason for dissatisfaction.

Refunds are not available for subscription renewals, upgrades, or add-on modules purchased after the initial onboarding period.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription renewal payments after the 14-day initial eligibility window.
  • Custom development, integration, or professional services rendered.
  • One-time setup fees or onboarding fees.
  • Add-on modules or feature unlocks once activated.
  • Payments made for services already fully delivered.

Defective or Non-Performing Software

If the software fails to function as documented due to a defect on our part, we will prioritize resolving the issue. If we are unable to resolve a critical defect within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund at our discretion, regardless of the 14-day window. Please contact our support team immediately with details of the issue.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days of approval, though the time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. We will notify you by email once the refund has been initiated.
